Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Final sale items are non-returnable

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello.groveclothing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or process an exchange, depending on your preference.

Shipping Disclaimer

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other unforeseen factors once your order has been dispatched. All delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping provider, we are no longer liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced items. Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We cannot issue refunds for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of order.
